After almost 27 years in public service and state-owned companies, from 01 February 2023, Mr. Novak is appointed as director for business development in Energia naturalis (ENNA).
His expertise in privatization and restructuring of industry entities and knowing public service processes contributes to future development of the Group.
In addition to being the deputy chairman of the Supervisory board of Rijeka Gateway and a member of the Supervisory board of the Port of Ploče and Adriatic Tank Terminal, he actively participates in the development of Solar and Wind Power Plants in the ENNA Group.
Zvonimir Novak graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. He is 50 years old, married and father of two sons.
