Strategic project manager with over 10 years of experience in managing projects in the field of innovation, capital investment projects, and supporting companies throughout the process of applying for EU and international funds. Barbara worked with the largest Croatian companies on projects for applying for EU funds and other international funds and led and supervised innovative projects in the process of approving grants through the Norwegian business fund.
Currently, as a Strategic Project Lead at Verne, she works with project sponsors and internal and external stakeholders in supporting the development of strategic projects and transformational initiatives essential for business growth in an innovative start-up company that aims to transform urban mobility as we know it.
